Kelly Ripa announces new co-host!
The wait is over. Kelly Ripa announced her new co-host on “Live!” this morning … Michael Strahan.
The former football player joined Kelly on stage following the big announcement, picking her up and almost coming to tears.
It was a very sweet moment.
Looking forward to sharing my morning cup of coffee with “Kelly and Michael!” Cheers!
In case you missed it:
‘Live With Kelly and Michael?’

Tennis ball cupcakes … gotta LOVE them!

What’s not to LOVE (tennis pun intended) about tennis ball cupcakes?
My husband is a tennis fan, player, and coach. So what better way to celebrate his month-long 40th birthday celebration (not quite that long, but we did celebrate a few times) than with cupcakes decorated as tennis balls?!
To get the right color, I used yellow food coloring in the buttercream frosting. And then a dash of green, mixing until I thought the color was close enough. And then white strips of frosting to add the final touch.
I then put the cupcakes in the freezer to keep them fresh and handy for all the days we celebrated.
These were made with cherry chip cake batter, and they were super yummy! Think I could sell these at the U.S. Open?!
Happy 40th Birthday, Gino!
U.S. Women’s soccer is golden!

“We are the champions” is blasting through the stadium as the USA women’s soccer team celebrates their gold medal at the XXX Summer Olympics in London!
In our house, there is the sweet sound of my 4-year-old son chanting, “USA, USA!” And his mama let out a few cheers!
Congratulations, Team USA women’s soccer on achieving your GOOOAAAL!!
Our patriotic pizza!

My son and I made a patriotic USA pizza! We used olives, tomatoes, and cheese. Best we could come up with in our kitchen. We were inspired after that awesome USA vs. Canada women’s soccer game. Go Team USA!
