Jack’s Back! Jack Wagner, other booted contestants return to ‘Dancing With the Stars’
The finale of “Dancing With the Stars”(DWTS) is here, which means the booted contestants who did not make it to the final three return to the dancing stage … including my beloved Jack Wagner.
Soap opera icon Wagner was booted off DWTS in week three, after the themed “The Most Memorable Year of My Life” dance, which Wagner dedicated to the daughter whom he recently discovered was his own. Week three was way too early in my opinion, as he was only the second celebrity to go. However, it is not up to me, but the judges and all of America (Well, the people who take the time to vote.) And for the record, this season was chock-full of talent and Wagner just got lost in the shuffle (Like my dancing lingo?)
I was looking forward to Jack Wagner and his professional dance partner, Anna Trebunskaya, to perform each week. (Read more about that here.) So when they left the show early, my excitement for this season dropped significantly.
It is now time for the finale, though, and Jack is back. He graced the stage with professional partner Anna, and raced through the hearts of myself and other dedicated Frisco Jones/Jack Wagner fans. His open shirt and sexy moves were a bonus, showing us what we missed out on with his early departure (Do you hear me, America?)
Wagner is known for his long-time role as secret agent/rocker Frisco Jones on “General Hospital,” as well as other soaps including the prime-time hit “Melrose Place.”
The final three contestants, William Levy, Donald Driver, and Katherine Jenkins, will dance it out for the infamous mirror-ball trophy.
In case you missed it:
